The King Sejong Institute Montreal is pleased to announce the 2026 Samyang Wondong Global Scholarship Program, sponsored by the Samyang Wondong Cultural Foundation. We warmly encourage students of the King Sejong Institute Montreal who are currently university or graduate students in Quebec to apply!

📌 사업 개요 (Program Overview)

사업명 (Program): 2026 삼양원동글로벌 장학사업 (2026 Samyang Wondong Global Scholarship)
선발 대상 (Target Audience): 캐나다 퀘벡주 소재 대학교(원)의 정규 학위 과정 중이거나, 졸업 1년 이내의 캐나다 학생 중 지원 자격 기준에 부합하는 인재 (Canadian students currently enrolled in regular degree programs at universities/graduate schools in Quebec, or those who have graduated within the past year, meeting the eligibility criteria.)
선발 인원 (Number of Selection): 5명 (5 individuals)
지원 금액 (Scholarship Amount): 1인당 CAD 1,800 상당 (2,000,000 KRW)
선발 프로세스 (Selection Process): 서류 심사 (Application Review)

📌 선발 기준 (Eligibility Criteria)

바른 품행을 기반으로 몬트리올 세종학당의 추천을 받은 학생
(Students who have been recommended by the King Sejong Institute. Montreal based on their good conduct)
성적 기준 평점 평균 3.0/4.0 또는 3.5/4.3 이상 학생
(Students with a cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 and above or 3.5/4.3 and above)
한국어 및 영어 구술과 작문이 가능한 학생
(Students who show verbal and written proficiency in both Korean and English)
향후 출연기업 CA Toronto branch 직장체험(인턴십) 기회 제공 시 참여 희망 학생
(Students who are interested in participating in internship opportunities at the CA Toronto branch of the sponsoring company)

※ 서류 심사 결과에 따라 기준에 적합한 학생이 없을 경우, 미선발 가능
(If no applicants meet the eligibility criteria based on the application review results, no candidates from the target audience may be selected)
