The Seoul Metropolitan Government has opened applications for the 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship, a program supporting outstanding international students pursuing master’s degrees in science and engineering fields at graduate schools in Seoul.
The scholarship provides full tuition coverage and living expenses for two years, with total financial support of approximately USD 27,000 per recipient. For the 2026 academic year, 30 scholars will be selected.
Participating universities include: Seoul National University, Korea University, Sungkyunkwan University, Sogang University, Kyung Hee University, Konkuk University, Soongsil University, University of Seoul, and Seoul National University of Science and Technology.
Applications must be submitted online by 4:00 PM (KST) on March 6.
